The Skipper
Tom has the sea in his veins. Spending most of his life on the water be it on a surf board, out on leisure boats or diving to explore what lies beneath.
Picking up a fishing rod and catching his first fish over 20 years ago, Tom’s love for fishing continues.
Over the years, collecting both experience and merit on different types of vessel, Tom has been the proud skipper of Manta Ray for 10 years, until they ceased trading in 2023.

Tom bought his fifth boat in November 2022, with the ambition to be able to run his own trips in an area he knows like the back of his hand. With co-ordinates under his belt and scenic locations known, he has a variety of trips available to take you on.
Trident
Trident is a Botnia Targa 25, built in 2002, with a recently installed Nanni 200hp diesel engine. This enables her to comfortably cruise at a speed of 22kns and a top speed of 30kns.
With seating indoors for 5 people, we are able to travel regardless of the elements, meaning we can reach our destination in comfort and at speed. There is also ample seating to the front and rear of the boat, accessed by a walk around deck.
Trident is living up to the Targa reputation as 'the 4x4 of the sea'.

Rods and reels are available to hire on board for £15 per person. Rod hire comes with terminal tackle. Lures are available to purchase onboard. We hold a full range of stock from Lethal Lures UK

Trident is MCA coded category 3. With 'Work Boat' classification, meaning we can take up to 5 passengers out 20 miles from a safe haven, day or night.

The skipper is fully trained and certified in first aid and safety at sea.
